What do we need from you?
At the start of the project we’ll work out what’s needed, in general this will consist of:
– Your existing brand assets and usage guidelines (if applicable). We can create these for you if you don’t already have them
– Signing off the planning and design materials we provide to you (key dates, site structure, style guide, mock ups, and so on)
– Provide written copy and images you want to use on the site, or we can create them for you
– Review and sign off on the finished site ahead of the agreed launch date

What’s it going to cost?
Fees for the design and development of your site are entirely dependent on your needs and the size of the project, each project is unique.
We base our costs on an estimate of the time it’ll take to complete, including design, meetings, development and testing.

How long will it take?
This greatly depends on the size and complexity of the project, and the availability of contributing content.
A simple, small brochure site usually takes 3 – 6 weeks, larger e-commerce sites can take significantly longer, especially if products need cataloguing.
If you have a logo and written descriptions of your services, we can turn projects around quickly. If you’re starting from scratch, we’ll help plan the project to include all the activities required to deliver your new site.
What happens afterwards?
Once your site’s ready to launch, it’ll need a host to call home. We’ll install it on a host of your choice or we’ll invite you to host with us on one of our CloudWP plans and let us take the load off running your site.
We provide 30 days free post-launch support and a 12 month warranty on our work*.
Follow up work, including support, content and feature changes can be ordered from us at any time, at a preferential hourly rate if you signup for one of our CloudWP packages.
