To keep you updated on traffic and where you rank, we’ll arrange for 2 monthly reports detailing your visitors, where they originated from and where your site ranks on Google.

Why don’t you provide Email? Other hosts do.

Over the past few years we spent a vast amount of time providing support for email services, generally in the area of configuring and troubleshooting Iphone and 3rd party email applications. This distracts us from our core service offerings, which are website related.

Excluding email as a service allows us to keep our costs down and provide you with an exceptional hosting and site management service. We’ll leave email to the experts in that field.

What happens after I signup?

As a CloudWP customer you won’t need to do anything with your site, we’ll maintain and keep an eye on it.

In the event of issues, you’ll have access to our ticketed support system, with access to expert assistance with your WordPress site, ensuring your site is back up and running in no time.

If you would like us to make changes, additions, feature additions, upload content to your site, and so on, CloudWP customers can order work through our ticketed support system.
